Texas Man Arrested for Sneaking onto Delta Flight Using Photos of Boarding Passes

A 26-year-old man from Texas was arrested for sneaking onto a Delta flight in Salt Lake City by using photos of other passengers' boarding passes.

He faces up to 5 years in prison for the federal charge of being a stowaway on an aircraft.

Surveillance footage showed him taking pictures of other passengers' boarding passes without them noticing.

He was caught after exiting the lavatory when a flight attendant noticed there were no available seats.

The man said he was trying to get home and had tried to board two earlier full Southwest flights using a "buddy pass."
