Switzerland voted most attractive place to do business in 33-country EMEA poll by PwC. Scored highly in startups, business landscape, tax, and skills.

Sweden second overall. Strong in sustainability, climate, tech and positive business environment. Lower macroeconomic score.

Germany rose from 4th to 3rd place. Gained on startup ecosystem and infrastructure but lower in sustainability.

UK top for startups, Netherlands for tech and infrastructure. Portugal and Spain positive macroeconomic expectations.

Lowest average scores overall in public health, social responsibility and governance. Need balance across areas.
