Florida pastor Robert Dell, 57, accused of running large organized retail crime ring since 2016.

Dell allegedly used past positions as pastor and halfway house director to manipulate people into stealing for him.

Associates stole from Home Depot stores 5-6 times daily; Dell resold items on eBay for $3 million.

Dell's wife, mother and 4 other associates also charged in the scheme.
