• Flights only allowed certain days and times 11am-2pm or 11am-4pm using quiet technology on M, T, Th, F, Sat
• Minimum altitudes imposed 2,000 feet over land, 3,000 feet over ocean
• All commercial air tours required to use quiet technology by January 1, 2033
