The "anti-party" system looks at factors like trip length, distance to listing, and last-minute bookings.

Airbnb banned parties globally in 2020 and made it permanent in 2022. Party reports have dropped 55% since then.

The AI also deterred thousands of bookings in California, Florida, and Texas last Halloween.

Airbnb only bans "disruptive" gatherings like open-invite parties. Other issues like noise and trash can also lead to removal.
