Tuberville Calls for Prosecution of Ex-CIA Head Hayden Over 'Disgusting' Comments About Removing Him From 'Human Race'

Sen. Tommy Tuberville alerted Capitol Police to comments by former CIA head Michael Hayden calling for Tuberville to be removed from the "human race."

Hayden's comments were in response to Tuberville's hold on military nominations over the Pentagon's abortion travel policy.

Tuberville called Hayden's comments "disgusting" and a "serious crime" that should be prosecuted.

Tuberville said Hayden has presided over intelligence failures related to 9/11 and Iraq WMDs.

Tuberville said Hayden lied about Hunter Biden's laptop to help elect Joe Biden and has lost all credibility.
