American Foods Group Recalls 58,000 Pounds of Ground Beef Over E. coli Contamination Concerns

American Foods Group is recalling about 58,000 lbs of ground beef due to possible E. coli contamination.
The recalled products were produced on August 14, 2023 and shipped to distributors in 3 states.
The problem was discovered when a state partner tested positive for E. coli O103.
The recalled products have establishment number "EST. 18076" inside the USDA mark of inspection.
Consumers should throw away or return recalled products and thoroughly cook ground beef to 160°F.
