AOC Lists Fiancé as 'Spouse' on Disclosure Forms Despite Not Being Legally Married

AOC listed her fiancé Riley Roberts as "spouse" on disclosure forms despite not being legally married.

Forms were filed with House Ethics Committee which defines spouse as someone you're legally married to.

AOC's office said Roberts is not legally her spouse but Ethics has recognized "spouse" as long-term partners.

If considered a spouse, Roberts would have to disclose finances.

AOC announced engagement to Roberts in May 2022 after meeting in college.
