Arizona Strip Clubs Face Lawsuit Over Alleged Scamming in VIP Rooms

Nearly 20 people are suing 3 Arizona strip clubs owned by Todd Borowsky, alleging they were drugged and scammed out of $1.1 million in VIP rooms.

Plaintiffs claim they have little to no memory of exorbitant credit card charges, signing contracts or having photos taken in VIP rooms.

One plaintiff, an Air Force member, says he was charged over $72,000 and the fallout has been "life and career-altering."

Police say the plaintiffs' stories match those of victims from different states; indicate a pattern of memory loss then large credit card charges.

The attorney representing the clubs says the claims are "baseless" - that plaintiffs got the services they contracted and paid for.
