Assassin's Creed Mirage Launch a Success Despite Shorter Playtime

Ubisoft says Assassin's Creed Mirage player count is in line with previous entries like Origins and Odyssey.

Mirage is the biggest new-gen launch in Ubisoft history based on unit sales.

Mirage takes 20-23 hours to complete, much shorter than recent entries.

In the first week, players pet 1.2 million cats, spent 479 collective years parkouring, and took 60 million Leaps of Faith.

IGN gave Mirage an 8/10, praising its "back-to-basics" stealth gameplay.
