Audi Unveils New Q6 e-tron Electric SUV with 300+ Mile Range and Cutting-Edge Tech

Audi unveiled the Q6 e-tron, an electric SUV built on a new platform co-developed with Porsche called Premium Platform Electric (PPE). It will compete in the popular midsize luxury SUV segment.

The Q6 e-tron promises major improvements in efficiency and technology compared to Audi's previous EVs, thanks to advances in batteries, motors, thermal systems, and more.

With a 100 kWh battery pack, the Q6 e-tron is estimated to achieve over 300 miles of EPA range. It can charge at up to 270 kW, enabling 10-80% charge in just 21 minutes.

The Q6 features next-gen tech like digital matrix LED headlights, curved touchscreens with Android OS, an available passenger display, and one of the best heads-up displays.

Pricing is still unannounced but expected between the Q4 e-tron and Q8 e-tron, making it a premium-priced offering likely starting around $60,000. The vehicle arrives in Europe soon and North America later this year.
