Authorities have confiscated two private jets owned by Sam Bankman-Fried worth over $28 million total.

The jets include a $15.9 million Bombardier Global 5000 and a $12.5 million Embraer Legacy 600.

Prosecutors claim FTX gave an informal $28 million "handshake" loan to a Bahamian company to buy the planes.

Though SBF never flew on the jets, he chartered other private flights costing over $15 million.

The jets have amenities like bedrooms, kitchens, and entertainment systems.
