- Best Buy recalling nearly 300,000 Insignia-brand air fryers sold in U.S. & Canada due to fire, burn & laceration hazards
- Air fryers can overheat causing handles to melt/break; ovens can overheat & glass door can shatter
- 24 reports of overheating/melting or glass shattering, including 6 air fryer fire reports
- Affected models NS-AF34D2, NS-AF5DSS2, NS-AF5MSS2, NS-AF8DBD2, NS-AF10DBK2, NS-AF10DSS2
- Consumers should stop using & contact Best Buy for refunds or store credits, not return to stores
