Alaska Mileage Plan Partners with Bilt Rewards, Allowing Rent Payments to Earn Alaska Miles

Alaska Mileage Plan has been added as a new 11 transfer partner for Bilt Rewards points. This opens up redemptions on Alaska, oneworld carriers, and other partners.

Later this year, Alaska Airlines Visa Card holders will be able to earn 3x Mileage Plan miles per dollar spent on rent payments made through Bilt, up to $50,000 in annual spend. However, Bilt charges a 3% fee for credit card rent payments.

The new partnership allows a way to earn Alaska miles from rent payments, albeit at a cost. It could represent good value for those who don't want the Bilt Mastercard.

This partnership is a first for Alaska Mileage Plan, which hasn't previously partnered with any major transferable points currencies.

It's an exciting new collaboration between Bilt Rewards and Alaska Airlines. It will be interesting to see if Alaska partners with more transferable points programs in the future.
