Lawsuit Filed Against Aspyr Media and Saber Interactive Over Canceled KOTOR 2 DLC for Nintendo Switch Version

A class-action lawsuit has been filed against Aspyr Media and Saber Interactive regarding canceled KOTOR 2 DLC for the Nintendo Switch version.

The lawsuit alleges the companies engaged in false advertising about the DLC, misleading consumers to purchase the game.

Aspyr had promoted the DLC as "coming soon" but later canceled it, instead giving players a free Star Wars game.

The plaintiff says he bought the Switch version specifically for the DLC and is unable to get a refund.

The lawsuit seeks damages, restitution, and to stop Aspyr and Saber from selling KOTOR 2 with false advertising.
