Will use "no antibiotics important to human medicine" but will use antibiotics intended for animals to treat sick chickens
Change starts in spring 2023, after being antibiotic-free since 2014
Move comes after other chains like Panera, Subway and McDonald's made similar antibiotic-free pledges
Chick-fil-A says it still does not use fillers, artificial preservatives or hormones in chicken
