Wright Denies Forging Emails in Ongoing Bitcoin Creator Trial

Craig Wright denied forging emails between him and his lawyers during cross-examination in the COPA trial, which resumes March 12.

Wright accused critics of bugging his home and spoofing an email to fabricate an excuse to bring him back to court.

Wright maintains he is Satoshi Nakamoto, Bitcoin's creator, which COPA alleges he forged documents to prove.

Wright blamed discrepancies in the email on spoofing, surveillance, and hacking rather than himself doctoring it.

The trial will hear closing statements March 12 after expert witness Patrick Madden defended his analysis of the emails.
