Lucy perk "Finisher Live Wire" lets you take out enemies with a Monowire like she does in the anime. It's found in the Intelligence tree.
Rebecca perk "Die! Die! Die!" reduces recoil and increases fire rate at low Stamina for heavy weapons. Found in Body tree.
David perk "Edgerunner" lets you exceed Cyberware capacity for buffs, at the cost of health loss. At high levels grants a damage/crit buff like in his story arc. In Technical Ability tree.
Perks feature character icons and names from Cyberpunk Edgerunners anime.
These come alongside the Phantom Liberty expansion launching September 26.
