Diablo 4 Launches First Public Test Realm for Upcoming Season 4 Updates

Diablo 4 launched its first Public Test Realm (PTR) from April 2-9 for players to test major updates coming in Season 4 like itemization changes and new crafting systems.

To access the Diablo 4 PTR you'll need the game on PC and a Battle.net account. Xbox Game Pass players can also participate.

The PTR boosts characters to level 100 and provides materials to test endgame content like the new Tempering and Masterworking systems, The Pit activity, revised Boss Ladders, and more.

Known issues involve things like Legendary affixes not functioning properly, problems activating The Pit multiple times, and placeholder text still being present.

Players can provide feedback through the in-game tool or on the official forums before changes go live on May 14th.
