Deadly 'Dragonsplague' Menaces Pawns in Dragon's Dogma Sequel
-
Dragonsplague is a deadly disease that only affects Pawns in Dragon's Dogma 2. It's contracted by fighting dragons and can spread between Pawns.
-
Early symptoms include glowing red eyes, head clutching, kneeling for comfort, and disobedience. These get worse over time if untreated.
-
Letting infected Pawns die or dismissing them removes Dragonsplague from your party. For main pawns, revive them at a Riftstone.
-
If ignored too long, Pawns transform at inns and kill all NPCs, possibly ruining quest lines. This can't be saved from.
-
Use rare Wakestones to revive key NPCs after calamity. Waiting in-game may respawn some, but this is likely a glitch.
