Musk joked last year that having many children helps counteract falling birth rates, calling depopulation civilization's biggest threat.
Grimes seemed to post asking Musk to let her see their son after seeing a photo of him with Zilis and their twins.
Grimes said the situation has been hurtful to her family and that she's never even seen a photo of Musk's twins until now.
