A United Airlines flight from San Francisco to Paris diverted to Denver due to an engine issue on the Boeing 777-200.

The flight with 273 passengers and 12 crew landed safely in Denver, no emergency was declared.

Passengers waited for options to complete their journey to Paris on Friday.

This is the third United flight in 2023 that had to divert to Denver mid-trip due to aircraft issues.

Boeing has faced investigations and issues over aircraft quality and safety in recent months, their CEO will step down at the end of 2022.
