Epic Games Launches 'Now on Epic' Program with 100% Revenue Share to Attract Developers

Epic Games launched a new program called Now on Epic to incentivize developers to bring their old games to the Epic Games Store.

The program will boost developer revenue share from 88% to 100% for eligible games.

To qualify, developers must commit to releasing at least 3 games by October 2023 that are currently on other PC stores.

The launch comes after Epic laid off 830 employees despite Fortnite's success.

Epic has struggled to compete with Steam and is using incentives to grow its library and userbase.
