Swalwell Calls Out Jordan's 496 Days of Evading Jan. 6 Subpoena During Hearing on DOJ 'Weaponization'

Rep. Eric Swalwell called out Rep. Jim Jordan for refusing to comply with a Jan. 6 committee subpoena for 496 days.

Swalwell used a running clock displayed on a laptop to emphasize how long Jordan has evaded the subpoena.

This occurred during a House Judiciary Committee hearing where Republicans questioned the "weaponization" of the DOJ.

Swalwell said it's "quite rich" Jordan is complaining while evading his own subpoena.

Swalwell has similarly called out Jordan's hypocrisy on subpoena compliance in the past.
