• Geidt was advising firm Theia Group Inc and joined a virtual meeting with MoD in May 2021 to discuss proposed satellite system
• Standards commissioner found Geidt "provided a parliamentary service in return for payment", violating ban on paid advocacy
• Geidt appealed but it was rejected; he was asked to write a letter of apology for the "oversight"
