Jillani Declines to Lead Inquiry into IHC Judges' Complaint Alleging Interference, Hours Before SC Takes Up Case

The decision came just an hour before the Supreme Court took suo motu notice of the matter.

The Supreme Court has now formed a 7-member bench led by CJP Qazi Faez Isa to hear the suo motu case into the matter.
