Samsung rolls out October 2022 security update for Galaxy S21 FE in Europe

Samsung has rolled out the October 2023 security update for the Galaxy S21 FE in Europe.

The update comes with firmware version G990BXXS6EWJ1 and G990B2XXS5EWJ1 depending on the S21 FE model.

The update fixes dozens of security issues but doesn't add new features.

The update is available via OTA if you check for updates in Settings.

You can also manually install the update using Odin if you don't want to wait for the OTA rollout.
