The song was written by Ghostwriter, the creator of the AI-generated track, and while it meets the creative eligibility criteria, its commercial viability and copyright issues may pose challenges. The Recording Academy clarified its rules on AI, stating that the human portion of the composition or performance is the only part eligible for a Grammy Award.
