GM to Relocate Headquarters to Hudson's Site in 2025, Will Anchor New Bedrock Development

GM will move its headquarters in 2025 from the Renaissance Center to the new Hudson's site being developed by Dan Gilbert's Bedrock firm.

GM will lease the top 2 floors of the 12-story Hudson's building for 15 years as the anchor tenant.

The new headquarters will have a public GM showroom and focus on modern design and collaboration.

GM, Bedrock, and the city will spend next year figuring out the best future uses for the Renaissance Center.
