Wegmans grocery store is planning to open a new location in Ballantyne, Charlotte in the third quarter of 2026
The Ballantyne Wegmans location will be 110,000 square feet and have seafood, meat, bakery, wine, beer, cafe, and indoor/outdoor seating
Wegmans entrance into the Charlotte market is in response to hundreds of requests from local residents
The new Wegmans will be located less than half a mile from the Ballantyne mixed-use development "The Bowl"
