Google Pixel 8 Pro Camera Score Lower than Rivals in DxOMark Tests

Google Pixel 8 Pro gets a DxOMark camera score of 153, lower than the iPhone 15 Pro/Max and Huawei P60 Pro.

The Pixel 8 Pro shows small improvements over the Pixel 7 Pro, unlike the bigger jump between Pixel 6 Pro and Pixel 7 Pro.

DxOMark notes some loss of detail and errors in portrait mode for the Pixel 8 Pro.

The phone also suffers from sharpness and noise issues in low light video.

Overall, the iPhone 15 Pro/Max and Huawei P60 Pro beat out the Pixel 8 Pro in DxOMark's camera tests.
