OnePlus Unveils First Foldable Smartphone, the OnePlus Open, With Book-Like Design and High-End Specs

OnePlus has introduced its first foldable smartphone, the OnePlus Open, which folds open like a book. The cover screen is 6.31" and unfolded it has a 7.82" display.

The OnePlus Open has a similar form factor to the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold, and is thinner and lighter than the iPhone 15 Pro Max.

It has a Hasselblad triple camera system, Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chip, 16GB RAM, and 4,805 mAh battery.

Design-wise, it has a large circular camera housing on the back and is able to fold completely flat.

The OnePlus Open is available for pre-order now starting at $1,700 and will launch on October 26.
