Netflix Raises Prices on Basic and Premium Plans for Third Time This Year

Netflix is raising prices across its Basic and Premium plans. Basic goes from $9.99 to $11.99 per month. Premium goes from $19.99 to $22.99 per month.

This is Netflix's third price hike in 2022. The company last raised prices in January.

Price increases are also happening in the UK and France. The ad-supported and Standard plans are staying the same price.

Over the past few months, Netflix has added 8.76 million new subscribers globally. The ad-supported plan saw 70% growth in membership quarter over quarter.
