Austin, Scottsdale, West Palm Beach See Fastest Millionaire Growth as New Hubs Emerge

Austin, Scottsdale, and West Palm Beach are among the fastest growing cities for millionaire residents in the U.S. Austin saw a 110% increase between 2013-2023.

Traditional hubs like Los Angeles, New York, and Chicago are still attracting millionaires, but at slower rates than in the past.

Scottsdale's millionaire population more than doubled from 2013-2023, drawn by golf, lifestyle estates, and tech entrepreneurs from California.

West Palm Beach saw an 83% rise in millionaire residents in 10 years, as high prices in nearby Palm Beach sent buyers there.

The report forecasts continued growth in millionaire populations for Austin, Scottsdale and West Palm Beach over the next decade.
