Cudo took a selfie inside the Capitol during the riot and confirmed to the FBI a week later that he was the person in the photo.

Cudo traveled to the Washington D.C. area with family members to attend the "Stop the Steal" rally and then marched to the Capitol.

Prosecutors have photo and video evidence tracking Cudo's movements outside and inside the Capitol building.
