Get to the High Energy Research Lab and override lockdowns by teleporting between universes.
Disable the power interlocks to shut down the Artifact. Choose to save either Patel's universe or Rafael's.
Completing the mission rewards items and credits. Saving Rafael recruits him as a companion.
