Defeat the Loyal Three Titans including Okidogi, finish the story, then return to battle and catch Okidogi.
Okidogi is located in the Paradise Barrens in the north between light dirt patches.
Use Dusk Balls at night or your Master Ball to catch the difficult Okidogi.
Okidogi has the exclusive Ability Toxic Chain which can badly poison opponents when hit.
