- Hudson's Detroit is the official name of the development on the former Hudson's department store site
- The project is being developed by Dan Gilbert's Bedrock real estate firm
- The development will include two buildings with office, retail, food, residential, hotel and event space
- The main tower is 685.4 feet tall and had its topping off ceremony this week
- Construction will continue in a phased approach through the spring
