I upgraded from an LG C2 OLED TV to the new LG G3 OLED and the brightness boost is transformative.
The LG G3 hits over 1400 nits peak brightness which is around 600 nits more than the C2.
In side-by-side comparisons, the G3 looks way brighter and more vivid in pretty much every scenario.
The anti-reflective coating and boosted contrast make HDR content like Star Wars and Avatar look incredible on the G3.
I don't regret upgrading despite the massive credit card debt from buying a $4000 TV. The LG G3 is just that good.
