Customer Loses iPhone 14 Pro Sent for Trade-In, Fears Losing Promised Credit From Apple
- Traded in iPhone 14 Pro for iPhone 15 Pro Max, FedEx lost old phone during trade-in shipment
- Used Apple/T-Mobile $1000 trade-in deal, shipped old phone back in provided box
- FedEx tracking showed phone got delayed and lost at distribution center
- Contacted Apple Support to start investigation into lost trade-in
- Waiting to see if I still get full trade-in credit since FedEx confirmed they lost the phone
