Man Adds Hand-Release Push-Ups to Routine, Finds Better Chest and Core Engagement
- I experienced better chest engagement and pushing power from lifting my body weight from the floor with each rep
- I enjoy hand-release push-ups and added them to my regular routine, doing 60 reps per day
- Form is critical - shoulders must stay stacked, hips lifted, core braced to maintain tension
- Taking the proper time with each rep allows me to focus on good form rather than just rushing through
