IBM CEO Arvind Krishna has invested $235 million in the AI startup Hugging Face, which specializes in open-source machine learning models, as part of IBM's push to integrate AI into businesses and automate back-office processes. The funding round also included participation from Google, Amazon, Nvidia, Intel, and Salesforce, and valued Hugging Face at $4.5 billion.
