iPhone 15 Pro Gets Customizable 'Action' Button for One-Tap Access to Apps, Flashlight, and More

The new iPhone 15 Pro has an Action button that can be customized to open apps, turn on flashlight, start recording, and more.

To customize the button, go to Settings > Action Button and choose a function like Camera, Flashlight, etc.

For accessibility, options like Zoom, Voice Control, Live Captions are useful.

You can create Shortcuts to open apps like Notes, start FaceTime calls, launch Shazam with one tap.

The Action button replaces the mute switch on iPhone 15 Pro models, but is not on regular iPhone 15.
