IRS Special Agent in Charge Darrell Waldon testified he recommended removing whistleblower Gary Shapley from the Hunter Biden probe due to perceived bias.

Waldon confirmed Shapley's claim that investigators were limited in who they could interview and what they could ask.

Waldon said a case against Hunter Biden was presented to DC US Attorney but not accepted.

Waldon confirmed meeting where DE US Attorney Weiss said he was not deciding official on Hunter Biden charges.

After contentious meeting, Weiss told Waldon he'd no longer communicate with Shapley about the probe.
