Jon Stewart Says Apple Canceled His Show After He Pushed to Interview Antitrust Chief Lina Khan

Jon Stewart says Apple told him not to interview Federal Trade Commission (FTC) chair Lina Khan on his Apple TV+ show.

Stewart asked Khan why big tech companies like Apple are "so afraid to even have these conversations out in the public sphere."

Khan said tech companies' sensitivity shows the danger of concentrating too much power in a few companies.

Apple abruptly canceled Stewart's show last year after conflicts over covering certain topics like China.

The FTC under Khan has targeted other big tech companies with antitrust litigation but not yet Apple.
