During her Code Conference interview, Yaccarino flashed her phone screen to attendees to symbolize X. But she didn't have the X app visibly on her home screen.
The interview was a chance to explain her and Musk's vision. Instead, she appeared caught off guard by questions about Musk's public comments.
When asked about Musk's paywall comments, she avoided directly answering if he had consulted her.
Not having the X app visible while showing her phone is a faux pas. It adds to other gaffes made during her rocky interview.
