LinkedIn Suffers Outage a Day After Facebook Troubles
-
LinkedIn experienced a major outage on Wednesday afternoon, leaving users unable to access the platform for about an hour.
-
The outage started around 4pm ET and service began resuming around 5pm, according to LinkedIn's status page.
-
LinkedIn tweeted "It's not you, it's us" and directed users to their status page during the disruption.
-
The outage came a day after Facebook faced significant technical issues that prevented hundreds of thousands of users from accessing the site.
-
Meta, Facebook's parent company, said a "technical issue" had caused people to be logged out of their Facebook accounts and be unable to log back in on Tuesday morning.
