Horizon Chase 2 Launches as Epic Games Exclusive on PC and Switch, Skipping Steam

Long-awaited arcade racer Horizon Chase 2 has launched exclusively on Epic Games Store for PC and Nintendo Switch.
Horizon Chase developer Aquiris was acquired by Epic Games in 2023, making the exclusivity unsurprising.
Game won't be coming to Steam or other platforms anytime soon due to Epic ownership.
Puts it in same boat as upcoming Epic exclusive Alan Wake 2.
Epic exclusivity not as controversial now, but still an issue for some who don't like juggling multiple launchers.
