Theodorus Struyck was named the representative of the group that bought the ticket in Frazier Park, CA
Struyck is a 65-year-old local man who lives 500 yards from the store where the ticket was purchased
The store, Midway Market, received a $1M bonus for selling the winning ticket
This marks the 4th time a CA lottery player has won or shared one of the top 4 Powerball jackpots in history, all over $1B
