These companies are upset about recent NLRB complaints accusing them of illegally interfering with union organizing efforts.

The companies argue the NLRB violates separation of powers, doesn't provide trial by jury, and imposes penalties without judicial oversight.

Labor experts warn that if the NLRB is declared unconstitutional, US labor relations could regress to the "law of the jungle".

Some experts say if the NLRB is eliminated, blue states might enact their own more pro-union labor laws.
